Custody Case Resolves After Eggs in Question Hatch
The egg-custody case the Court moved to its regular calendar in June has been resolved by the eggs, which hatched on Tuesday while the parents were in mediation.
The dispute, over a visitation schedule, concerned two eggs. There are now two chicks, who need feeding on a schedule neither parent has contested — possibly because neither has yet had the time.
Informed of the development, the Court noted that it had once observed the eggs were not in any hurry, and that it stood corrected. The parents have requested a continuance to revise their filing. The chicks have requested nothing, so far.
