Birch Court Residents Report Recurring Visitor

Residents on the west end of Birch Court have reported a male dove visiting the same balcony four evenings in a row. The visits last between forty minutes and two hours. The male has been described as "well-groomed for someone who doesn't live here." The balcony's occupant has not filed a complaint. Two neighbors have.

47. Quiet. Previously committed. Good with structural concepts but better at describing them than executing them. Looking for a patient female who values intention. I have been told I am "not unpleasant to be around when I am actually around." South-facing branches preferred. No rush. I have time. I have had time for a while.

Perch Usage After Separation

Dear Editor,

My ex-husband has begun using the same perch I use every afternoon at the south end of the park. He claims it was always his perch. It was not always his perch. I introduced him to that perch in 2023 during what he now calls "a transitional period" but which I call "our marriage."

I am not asking The Municipal Coo to arbitrate. I am asking whether the district has a policy on post-separation perch usage, and if not, why not.
