Retiring in 2026

The EU Entry/Exit System became fully operational at Schengen external borders on 10 April 2026. For eligible non-EU short-stay travellers, entries and exits are now recorded digitally instead of stamped by hand.

Passport stamps are not gone everywhere. The 35 stamps marked here are the ones in this collection that the change affects.
